We have a complimentary shuttle transporting guests to and from Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino to Hawkesdene venue on Friday, May 1st for the Welcome Party and Saturday, May 2nd for the Wedding Ceremony. There is a very short grace period before the shuttles leave, so please ensure you are on time for the shuttle!

For those flying in, we recommend the following airports:

• Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) – approximately 1 hour from the venue

• Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) – approximately 2 hours away

• Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) – approximately 2.5 hours away

Transportation will not be provided from the airports, so we encourage guests to carpool with other out‑of‑town attendees when possible. If you plan to rent a car, there will be ample parking available at both the hotels and the property throughout the weekend.
